Jeff Bezos (Amazon) once said that he is often asked what will change in the next 10 years. However, that is not the right question:

The things that never change are important because that's the only thing we can predict.
Bezos always says that it's impossible to imagine a future where Amazon customers don't want low prices and fast shipping, and that's why he can make enormous investments in trying to improve both. His focus is on betting on what will never change.
Find what will not change in your motorsport sector (and we all all now it’s and still an old school place) and dedicate yourself wholeheartedly to delivering it to the world. Do it on a large scale, and the world and your career will thank you.
